1. Acceptance of Terms - By accessing, joining and using Resources for Professors ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

 

2. Use of the Platform - The Platform is designed to facilitate the sharing of resources, discussions, and collaborative engagement among professors. Your use of the Platform is subject to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

 

3. Account Registration - To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.

 

4. Resource Sharing - Users are encouraged to share educational resources, engage in discussions, and collaborate within the community. The Platform is not responsible for the accuracy or suitability of shared resources and does not endorse any particular content. All shared resources must be properly credited to its original owner. 

 

5. Intellectual Property - Users who upload original resources retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to the resources they contribute. By uploading content, users grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content within the Platform for the purpose of facilitating collaboration.

 

6. User Conduct - Users are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Any content that is deemed inappropriate (e.g. hate speech, discrimination, racisms, violent, threats or violates these Terms and Conditions may be removed by the Platform.

 

7. Prohibited Activities - Users are prohibited from engaging in activities such as stalking members, harassment, promotion of pyramid schemes/scams, and selling items or services within the Platform. Anyone found in violation of these prohibitions will result in the termination of user access.

 

8. Disclaimer of Liabilities - Users acknowledge that they use the Platform at their own risk. The Platform and its partners make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the resources or discussions on the Platform.

 

9. Release of Liability - By using the Platform, you release Resources for Professors and its partners from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or legal proceedings arising out of your use of the Platform. This release includes, but is not limited to, any loss or damage incurred as a result of reliance on the Platform's content or interactions with other users.

 

10. Reporting Violations - Users are encouraged to promptly report any violations of these Terms and Conditions by other users. If you become aware of any inappropriate conduct, stalking, harassment, prohibited activities, or other violations, please notify Resources for Professors through the designated reporting mechanism provided on the Platform.

 

11. Modification of Terms - Resources for Professors reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

12. Termination of Access - Resources for Professors reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access to the Platform at its discretion, with or without notice.

 

13. Governing Law - These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State/Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York State/Florida.
