ABOUT RFP
Resources for Professors (RFP) is a scholarly space for intellectual reflection and resource sharing. Professors across disciplines contribute short reflective essays on teaching, research, and academic life while accessing a curated library of tools and resources designed to support scholarship, publishing, and professional development.
While academic journals remain essential spaces for publishing formal research, many ideas that shape scholarship emerge outside the structure of traditional publications. RFP was created to provide a place where professors can explore these ideas through short scholarly reflections.
The platform invites scholars from across disciplines to share insights about their work, their teaching, and the evolving culture of higher education. These reflections may address emerging research questions, classroom experiences, interdisciplinary thinking, or the broader intellectual environment in which scholarship takes place.
RFP is not intended to replace academic journals. Instead, it complements them by offering a space for scholars to engage with ideas that are still developing, reflective in nature, or better suited to a shorter and more accessible format.
By bringing together perspectives from different disciplines, RFP encourages thoughtful exchange among scholars and helps foster a community of intellectual curiosity and reflection.
The platform welcomes professors who wish to contribute insights, explore ideas, discover resources and participate in a growing scholarly conversation
